School sessions are interactive and engaging. Sessions can be on any topic from skin health to mental health. My two favourites are around nutrition for sports performance and the function of food.
Personalised support can be provided to clubs to meet the needs of the community. Sessions could include information around pre-season, competition and post-season nutrition and sessions for coaches and parents about how to best support their athletes.
If you are interested in a nutrition session for your workplace please feel free to reach out. I have experience working in the aged care sector, as a result I can offer sessions around topics such as malnutrition and health conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.
I like to ensure access to nutrition support is possible for everyone, as a result online sessions are an option or inquire to see what can be organised. I don't mind travelling!
